WIAA STATE 4A FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT BRACKET
This bracket will be updated as game scores are reported.
After Round 3
- No undefeated teams made it to the Championship game.
- Ferris makes it to the finals for the first time in school
history.
After Round 2
- Only one undefeated team remains, Bothell at 12-0 - there were 7
at the beginning of the tournament. Looks like there are other
teams then just Ferris that are playing well at the right time.
- Skyline appears to have their offense in sync - they have
outscored their first two opponents, 112-28
- Many would say that the Skyline vs Bothell game this week is the
championship - however, I would suggest that anyone that is saying
that should look back to the 2007 tournament when LC won the
championship and people were crowning Bothell as the champions
before the game was played.
After Round 1 -
After round one of the tournament here are a few points to note
- At the start of the tournament there were 7 undefeated teams and
now 4 remain - Auburn, Eisenhower, Curtis and Bothell - two in each
half of the bracket.
- Bothell and Skyline are still on track for a showdown in the
lower half of the tournament bracket - both had impressive wins this
week, Skyline scored 63 and Bothell scored 57
